At what level can I start to pk in the Wilderness?

I'm training to be a defence pure. Currently level 23 Defence, 13 Constitution and 9 combat. I just want a taste of PvP combat...will there be other low levell players around the Wilderness?At what level can I start to pk in the Wilderness?
What game this? Runescape? Is so i would say go 30 maybe. Doesnt really matter i guess. I never tried defense pure. But when i tried strength pure at lvl25 there were few defense pures who kicked my *** cause i didnt lay a punch on them and they were like 30s def.

And for if there are other low level people, all depends on the workd your in. Want a lot of low level people go to a world with lots of people like 2 or something and go to north edgeville or north varock or however you spell it.

Oh hey i would recommend going in not so expensive armour at first, also since you just want a taste, just to see how high they can hit you and what not to see in further battles what to do.

Wilderness is dead. i no it sucks. what you want to do is go to a pvp world which is essentially the Wilderness but its the full map so you can go every where and they also put a lock on it so you can only kill people 10 below or above you so you go kill lv 3 but 60s wont whipe you outAt what level can I start to pk in the Wilderness?
Some people are very low levels, but are high levels with Range, so they kick freakin' ***.
Soooo probably level 60 or 70 but be advanced with range and health like at least 55
