I'm going hiking on some of the trails around Blood Mountain in the North Georgia Mountains this weekend. Are dogs-leashed of course-allowed in the Wilderness? How about at Vogel State Park?Are dogs allowed in the Blood Mountain Wilderness?
Dogs are allowed in wilderness areas. Leashes are required for the safety of: 1] Hikers; 2] Wildlife; 3] Dogs. I am including the link below that answers your inquiry.
