When is the wilderness reopening on runescape?

On runescape the wilderness was closed a while ago, Jagex says there reopening it soon. Does anybody know the date its reopening?When is the wilderness reopening on runescape?
Wilderness is never going to return to normal, its still called the wilderness but the threak of being pk'd has been removed and will never be returned. Instead they added the bounty hunter minigame to try to takes its place.
they are making whole servers like the wilderness so any place any time you can just click on a dude and attack him
