Will a dwarf multicannon attack people in the wilderness on runescape?

I want to go pking with it in the wilderness but does it attack people and can it attack people?Will a dwarf multicannon attack people in the wilderness on runescape?
The Dwarf MultiCannon cannot attack other players in any situation whatsoever. In a multi-combat zone(ex. Forinthry Dungeon), the cannon may attack other people's familiars. If you happen to attack another person's familiar, you are SKULLED.

No. only with NPC's(non playable characters)

Great way to get range xp, however can be quite expensive
if the game is so boring to you that you stop playing it and murder noobs instead, its time to move on
