well it depends on your level, 60 and up I think you'll be fine, but wear your armor if you're just going to guthix, you'll kick but and look cool then.

I did it once on a world with hardly any players and I got pretty far in,but I think I was just lucky .
Well you could just risk nothing but you can expect to occasionally be killed/rushed by people although not to frequently seeing its obvious you dont have a risk and thus no benefit to them. Despite this it is not advisable to do so as you would be much better off training a skill and using your time in the best way possible as the more productive you be now the less you'll have to do later on. Furthermore you will gain minimal from this and it is generally not recommended, but essentially its up to you.
Not really. When going into the wilderness you should always wear armour. If not the strongest at least some bronze armour along with plenty of food. If you don't want to wear armour just try not to go to deep in the wilderness. The farther you go the harder things get. Yes, it does suck to die there but if your ever in that situation just run away to a safe isolated place and try teleporting home. A bit cowardly but it works for me.
