How do I get to the hill with the ladder on it that is close to the mining area in Runescape Wilderness?

I have a treasure trail with coordinates and it is directing me to the hill with the ladder on it that on low level wilderness. Does anyone know how to get there?How do I get to the hill with the ladder on it that is close to the mining area in Runescape Wilderness?
Use the dungeon by Edgeville near the yews.

I'm very positive its the north west ladder.
