My buddies and I have been camping a few times and we want to start getting more hardcore about it... on our next trip coming up, we want to go somewhere totally out in the wilderness where there are no amenities. Any hardcore campers out there, care to share with me how you filter your drinking water?What's the best way to filter water out in the wilderness?
well i always put it through a clean t shirt to get the leaves or dirt or what ever and then somthimes ill just put some tablets but most of the time if i have enought time to do it ill boil the water to. the t shirt gets rid of the nasty things and boiling it kills the germs or bacteria. try to find running water like a streamWhat's the best way to filter water out in the wilderness?
