Is it safe to wonder through the Runescape wilderness without any items?

I've always wanted to visit the wilderness and see why it's so good, but I'm scared of losing all my items. If I don't take any items in my backpack or wear any and I go into the wilderness just for fun, would it matter if I get killed? I don't mind if I get killed but I wouldn't lose anything, would I?Is it safe to wonder through the Runescape wilderness without any items?
Well I'll tell you this is the best thing follow these steps:-
1.Train Dungeoneering and get a gravite 2h sword
After it you should wear these item and carry these:
1.Gravite 2h sword.
2.Amulet.
3.Skill cape or any cape or cloak you want.
4.Some food.
Well if you want to use ranged attacks use this tecknique:-
1.Gravite Shortbow or Maple shortbow (sighted)
2.Amulet.
3.Arrows.
4.Cape.
5.Some food.

If you want to use ranged attacks turn the protect item prayer on when you have 10% health left.This will protect one more item.

But today no player can attack only monsters and revenants a can attack but always bring food and when you see or attacked by an revenant just run away to a safe place and eat food to restore health but never fight a revenant you will never survive because zamorak army is more advance than Saradomin army and the pecentage of Saradomin army in players is 1% or 2%, 70% are in zamorak's side, only fight a revenant if there were too many players have same the levels as you.
It's not SAFE, but you won't lose anything. However, you will be defenseless against any enemies you encounter, including other players. The best thing to do is to get yourself a set of cheap wilderness gear that you don't mind losing. Put all your good stuff and your money in the bank and then put on your cheap wilderness set. The best gear that you can afford to throw away.



Then, have fun. If I remember correctly there is a church out there with an abundance of bones for raising your prayer skill, you might actually get a few kills in the lower level areas, or whatever matches your level range and get some good loot out of it.



I think there is also a rule that you can't be killed by any player outside of your level range. (Like, 10 levels either side of you.)

If you are not in PvP, and not skulled, then you will keep your 3 highest alch value items (take care with rares, trimmed armor etc. as some high market value items HAVE POOR ALCH VALUE). Banked items are never at risk, so if you carry nothing, you risk nothing, and in Runescape, there are no experience penalties for dying.



There is an option in the interface which will show what you keep/lose on death, out of what you have on you.



In non-PvP wilderness, all monsters are aggressive, regardless of level. There are also the revenants.



So, better to "3 item", with a couple of decent armour pieces, a weapon, some mid grade food, and have the option of beating on a few of the lower level monsters, such as the hill giants in the lava maze, if you want some big bones.



There are various resources in the wilderness, such as pizza making at the bandit camp, a few mines, some free items to pick up, some of the minigames (Fist of Guthix, Clan wars)
Yes, without all of wilderness being pvp anymore you will not have to worry about other players trying to kill you any longer, but they added monsters call revenants and they will! kill you if you dont have high enough pray, but if you just want to go up there to have a look and you bring no items it perfectly safe.
Ah i remember the playing runescape and from what i remember nowadays you can only get killed in the wilderness by reverents not other players and don't worry you'll lose nothing as long as you don't bring anything just watch out for flying ghosts,

as long as you don't have any items on you they can't be taken away when/if you die.
It is perfectly safe. It isn't real life.
yuo can bring up to 3 items with u and u will keep them all if u die
