I am looking for a Search and Rescue type job or a Ranger job in the wilderness?

I am looking for a national (U.S) or international job that involves that. I was wondering if anyplace had job that were solely search and rescue or wilderness passed helping people that did not involve military or that attitude.I am looking for a Search and Rescue type job or a Ranger job in the wilderness?
Yes, many counties have their own search and rescue units. States do too. In general look in conservation, fire and police jobs for this work. It is not entry level work though, you need to work for a while to qualify usually.
