Can you teleport from the wilderness in Runescape?

I tried to use the Varrock teleport from the moss giant place in level 38 wilderness, but for some reason it wouldn't let me. Does runescape not allow you to teleport from the wilderness anymore?Can you teleport from the wilderness in Runescape?
Not past level 20. Otherwise it won't work. And if you are tele blocked before 20, you cant do it anyway
in the wild they block you from teleporting past level 20 in the wild but you can teleport in bounty hunter waiting area and in the clan wars area in the king black dragon lair and in the mage arena mabey you can teleport from the thieves city but i dont know havent tried but if need you can always run to level 20 in wild and tele but no past that point without going to those places =]Can you teleport from the wilderness in Runescape?
you can teleport in the wilderness but not passed lvl 20 unless ur in part that does not display the wilderness lvl symbol, say u r in the King Black Dragon lair, u can teleport out of there bcoz ur not technically in the wilderness
you can't if your in lvl 21+ wilderness, but level 20- you can
you cant teleport past lvl 20 in wilderness
