Where to live in the wilderness in Scotland?

Does anyone know somewhere in Scotland where I could live in the wilderness for a while (Months)?

-A few miles away from roads/noise would be good and things to eat (rabbits etc.)Where to live in the wilderness in Scotland?
Basically anywhere in the highlands, its pretty empty apart from a few small towns. There's a lot of deer, rabbits and game in the highlands so i'm guessing that would be the easiest place to find food.

Shetland also has some pretty remote areas but there's mostly only (protected) sea birds there but I guess you could fish and kill a few rabbits.

also there's many deserted islands in the Hebrides so you could set up camp on one of them and survive on fish I suppose.

i'd personally stick to areas of forest in the highlands, lots of game and berries and things to eat + lots of materials for shelter and to make a fire.

some advice on law though - I think you can only walk across any land in scotland which is not near a building but i'm not sure if you can camp on it without permission. However most national trust land or forestry commision land I think you are allowed to camp on, and they on huge areas of the uk's wilder areas.

for more info put in "bushcraft uk" on google, that's what it is you want to do.Where to live in the wilderness in Scotland?
Isle of skye you wont hear road noise and so many places in the highlands but I don't know about eating rabbits some have nasty viruses and I don't know if your allowed to eat them . Oh gosh you will be freezing . I could think of better countries to live where at least you can have good weather. The locals will be wary of you they are suspicious people.
