How and where can I find a year round job as a guide in a wilderness like setting?

I have been looking into jobs as a jeep guide in locations like Alaska and Colorado and find them all to be very interesting but was wondering if anyone new of oppurtunities that could last year round...How and where can I find a year round job as a guide in a wilderness like setting?
