How would you go about finding fresh water if you should ever be stranded in the wilderness?

Plant leaves after rain.

Water-holding plants.

Streams/rivers. (boil before drinking)

Ponds. (filter with sand %26amp; charcoal through a piece of cloth, then boil)

Tie pieces of cloth around your ankles/low on your legs, and walk around in fields in the early morning. You can get up to a litre of water per hour from the dew. N purification necessary. How would you go about finding fresh water if you should ever be stranded in the wilderness?
