I want to know what plants and edibles you could eat without being poisoned.What are plants you can eat in the wilderness in New Brunswick?
A forum like this is not the place to learn, it's way too risky. The majority of plants in NB are either safe to eat or else taste so foul that you wouldn't eat them anyway, but there's always that one that gets you. How about getting a book on local flora, especially one that identifies the plants in terms of traditional native food (I think the Micmac are one of the major first nations there). Better yet, take a college course in ethnobotany and get some outdoor survival trainingWhat are plants you can eat in the wilderness in New Brunswick?
